Title: Research Engineer - Deep Learning
Location: City of London, Hybrid/Remote
Salary: £80,000 - £130,000 + equity equal to base salary
Cubiq Recruitment is hiring for an early-stage DeepTech start-up that is building AI models for molecular and quantum simulations. This research is being applied to Drug Discovery to drastically accelerate in-silico testing and development.
We are looking for research engineers that want to work on physics/geometric-based deep learning systems. Below are some of the team's interests:
Molecular/Quantum simulations.
Generative modelling for Science - NOT LLM.
Geometric Deep Learning.
Neural Differential Equations.
Automatic Differentiation.
Deep Learning on Graphs.
Ideal Candidate: Will hold a PhD with research into one or more of the aforementioned areas.
In the initial stages, this will be a lot of research and engineering. The opportunity to write and release papers will also come later, with the bias on developing a viable product.
Due to funding and a partnership with one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, we are now expanding the UK and US teams.
The business is founded by the ex-Head of AI of one of the world's largest social media platforms. This is an opportunity to work with a very (technically) hands-on CEO and to apply novel concepts to Drug Discovery research.
