Senior Developer

Purpose of the job: Then senior developer will support and guide all development activities of the team, create high standards of best practice for the team to work to.    Main responsibilities Attend project meetings to scope development requirements and offer solution guidance to the development teams  Create and work tickets to timelines with the development teams Actively demonstrate the SME skills of the toolset  Work within the parameters set out by the solution lead and architects  Work as part of a project team as and when required  Create and maintain development documentation of solutions developed including version control s document   work with the testing teams to make sure that the testing team understand the solution  Define operational and support documentation  Create weekly Project status reports    Document integration toolsets, their capabilities, installed version, supported version dates, and key contacts, review and recommend alternatives that are more cost-effective or enable efficiency savings  Required knowledge: Resilient, self motivated,Meticulous, team player, organized, good communicator,   Required skills: Business processes, Development methodologies, Change management and software life cycle, project management, Written and verbal communication skills, Analytical skills, Detail oriented, Security Concepts, Organizational Skills
