An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio Covering Central London/ East London and Essex. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to covering Central London/ East London and Essex. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and Essex. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical and Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £45,000 with overtime, , training + Van and Fuel Card (Personal use). This role would also require a clean DBS check. Key Duties & Responsibilities: PPM's and Reactive works Electrical and Mechanical maintenance HVAC Maintenance AHU's, FCU's and Chillers Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Updating site log books Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Required Skills: Level 3 in Electrical 17th / 18th Edition Working experience in a Building Services environment Benefits: Overtime available on the sites Personal use on the Van Company pension Training provided Private HealthcareIf you're interested in a new challenge and meet the criteria above, apply now to learn more
