Software Engineer Location: Peterborough Region Salary: Up to £53.5K Hours: 42.5 hours a week Permanent Immediate Start Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working on behalf of our client who are a market-leading Automation and Controls Engineering Company. They offer a wide range of Electrical Services including Installations, Control & Automation and Maintenance. Our client operates across a range of industries including Industrial, FMCG and Food & Beverage. They are currently looking for a Software Engineer to implement and test programs, to develop bespoke software codes, site commissioning and producing associated documentation (including specifications). You will be working across multiple sites within/around Peterborough. Software Engineer Requirements: * 2-3 years’ experience as a Software Engineer (within Automation/Engineering settings). * You must be able to read schematic drawings/diagrams. * Proven experience in using either Siemens, Allen Bradley or SCADA programming software.
