Job Title: Designer - B2B Communications Agency Location: Central London (hybrid working) Start date: ASAP Salary: Up to £45,000 basic depending on experience plus benefits including bonus, flexible working, work from anywhere, health/wellness budget, private medical insurance and more About the Agency Are you a creative designer with B2B experience, looking to progress your career at an award winning global integrated comms agency? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're assisting a leading global independent communications agency with the hiring of a new Designer to join their growing team. This agile and forward-thinking agency works with clients in sectors including fintech, tech, professional services, sustainability and the climate/energy transition. The new Designer will be joining an award-winning independent agency with a global presence and offices in Europe, North America and Asia. About the Designer role The new Designer will have the opportunity to work on global brands in sectors including fintech and the climate/energy transition, along with a progression path for the role to evolve. Key Responsibilities for the Designer: Lead on design work for clients spanning social, digital and print, with scope for some video/motion too. Develop creative design work and brand thinking for the agency itself. Work with freelancers where needed and eventually hire a junior to support with design work. Work on pitches for clients, bringing creative design and innovative thinking to pitch processes. Collaborate with global teams and consult clients on innovations such as AI. About You This position would suit someone with solid design experience across a range of channels, looking to further their career at a collaborative global agency. You'll have B2B experience ideally in fintech, financial services, tech, professional service or climate/energy transition. Agency experience would be advantageous, due to the nature of the role. You'll have good communication skills, with the ability to consult with clients and deliver client facing presentations. You'll be a driven self-starter, hungry to grow and make a positive impact.
