Senior Firmware Development Engineer - £(phone number removed) Worcestershire  nGnenium has partnered with an exciting technology business who are looking for a skilled Firmware engineer. You will join a multi-skilled team of engineers where you will get to grips with a broad mix of technology and get involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle from rough and ready prototypes to production machines. They are looking for: Good all round knowledge of Engineering with several years of experience. Degree Educated  Proactive and innovative. Ability to integrate with a multiskilled team (e.g. hardware, software, physics, optics, chemistry). You will be involved in specifying, designing and testing systems which incorporate: - Microcontrollers (Microchip PICs, ST ARM Processors). - C based firmware. - Interfacing with a mixture of Analogue and Digital components                     e.g. Lighting, Motor and Temperature Control, LCDs, Cameras, USB, I2C, SPI, Bluetooth Beneficial, but not essential, experience includes: - Hardware design and Interpreting circuit schematics. - Visual Studio. - C++/C#.net application software for embedded applications running on Windows or Linux. - A familiarity with machine vision & camera interfacing. - Experience of design for low to medium volume manufacturing.
