Job Title: GenAI Tech Lead

Working Hours: EST -5

Location: Fully Remote

Role Description:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of impactful features like cost optimization, faster data processing, and scalability.
• Develop low-latency, high-efficiency video streaming solutions for real-time processing.
• Optimize I/O for seamless integration of various video formats into AI systems.
• Reduce costs for data processing, AI model training, and result generation.
• Tune performance for ML pipelines and backend (Python).
• Scale AI output testing to maintain production quality.
• Collaborate on integrating new video technologies.
• Design testing frameworks for high-quality video streaming.
• Stay updated on video compression and streaming trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with video formats, codecs, and transcoding.
• Proficient in ffmpeg for multimedia processing and streaming.
• Strong knowledge of real-time streaming protocols (RTMP, WebRTC) and their integration.
• Solid understanding of network architectures and protocols for streaming and real-time data transmission.
