Job Requirements / Description
Must Have
- Familiarity with Varicent Software (Compensation Management) , sales compensation concepts, including quota setting, performance measurement, and payout calculations.
- Knowledge of incentive compensation plan design
Good to have
- Power BI, Tableau
- BI programming Languages (SQL, PL/SQL, SAS, Python, Scala)
- Telecom domain experience
