Job title: Mobile Fabric Engineer Location: Covering x4 Sites Across Bodmin surrounding areaa. Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Salary/rate: Salary is paying between £30,000 - £33,000 Per annum Requirements: Building services experienceAbout the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong engineer to cover X 4 sites in Bodmin,Truo, Okehampton & Saltash. You will be working on a flagship retail contract so past experience within a similar environment is desired. This role comes with a 1 in 10 callout , £130 standby. Responsibilities: General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal space Painting & Decorating Tiling Carpentry Basic plumbing Drainage & flushing Changing light bulbs Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Contact us to apply.
