Principal Electrical Power Engineer Electrical Verification Team Aerospace & Defence Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site Locations available: Barrow-in-Furness, Brough, Weymouth, Filton, Portsmouth, Frimley or Manchester Up to £57,500 *Candidates will need to be able to go through SC* We are working with an organisation that provides products and services to UK and US government agencies to span areas including Maritime, Air, Land, Cyber, Electronics and Aerospace. You'll be joining during an exciting time of growth and innovation, working on multi-billion-pound programmes of work for the Ministry of Defence. The role: * Develop and mentor other team members. * Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering. * Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and stakeholders on matters relating to compatibility test facility. * Prepare technical reports and present to stakeholders. Background required: * Knowledge of high power and medium voltage power systems and distributions. * Knowledge of compatibility testing of electrical equipment and power electronics.
