Job Title: Legionella Plumber / Remedial Engineer Location: Bridgwater, Somerset Salary/Benefits: £24k - £38k + Training & Benefits We are recruiting for a Legionella Plumber / Remedial Engineer to cover contracts in the South West region of England. Candidates who can undertake a wide range of duties would suit this role, as projects can vary based on Client's contractual requirements. Suitable locations of Candidates include: Bristol, Swindon, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Taunton, Ilminster, Yeovil, Warminster, Frome, Bath, Corsham, Yate, Stroud, Chard, Weymouth, Bournemouth, Salisbury, Trowbridge, Keynsham, Weston-super-Mare, Minehead, Lyme Regis, Dorchester, Beaminster. Experience / Qualifications: - Must hold experience working as a Plumber / Remedial Engineer, ideally within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit - Will hold the City & Guilds Level 1 & 2 Plumbing as a minimum - Further industry-related qualifications such as G3 Vented & Unvented would be beneficial - Well-rounded skillet and experience within the industry - Working knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 The Role: - Working as a Legionella Plumber / Remedial Engineer, servicing a mixed portfolio of Commercial, Local Authority and Domestic sites - Completing Tank Inspections, Refurbishments and Replacements as well as Cleans & Disinfections - Deadleg removals, pipework re-routes and repairs - Undertaking some ad-hoc ACOP L8 duties such as: TMV Servicing, Water Sampling and Temperature Monitoring - Travelling as per company requirements Alternative job titles: Remedial Engineer, Plumber, Remedial Technician, Legionella Plumber, Water Hygiene Engineer.
