Role & Responsibilities: Monitoring and controlling shop floor processes. Advising all technical matters across departments. Making sure all products meet the standard requirements. Attending to all process issues straight away and liaise with production and quality to ensure quality is to the highest standard. Prioritise new developing new techniques to increase capability. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous engineering experience or a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering, or equivalent. Preferably 2+ years experience in engineering. Understanding of technical documentation. Problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills.
