Job Description
We re looking for a Civil and Structural Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our Manchester team. You ll work on diverse, challenging projects, managing them from concept to completion. We welcome candidates with varying experience levels and will tailor the role to suit your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to civil and structural engineering projects from start to finish.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, schemes, and calculations.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
- Ensure all projects comply with the latest regulations and internal quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil or structural engineering (We ll consider candidates with varying levels of experience in different roles).
- Chartered or near-Chartered status with IStructE (desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering design software.
Location
This role is based in Manchester, with flexibility around working hours and arrangements.
Compensation
