Electro Mechanical Assembler Job Location: Bournemouth Job Type: Permanent Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour / £26,936 - £28,860 per annum, depending on experience Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm with a 12.30pm finish on a Friday Benefits: * Annual pay reviews * 33 days holiday * Sick pay * ½ day finish on Fridays * Enhanced pension * Life and health insurance We are currently recruiting for an Electro Mechanical Assembler to undertake assembly, testing and repair of company products - either new units or units sent back for servicing. Your role will see you under take mechanical assembly of the units and under take functional testing. There is a small amount of soldering to do that requires competent soldering skills The ability to read and work from instructions and work streets is essential as is a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess; * Good level of Assembly experience * Able to competently solder * Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications * Able to undertake basic testing * Any formal electronics qualifications or training would be advantageous We would also like to hear from graduates who are looking to enhance or start their career.
