Shift Maintenance Engineer (knowninternally as Technical Coordinator)
Location: Hellaby (Home of KPNuts)
ShiftPattern: 24/7 (a combination of 12 hour shifts07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00 worked over a 5 week shift pattern - thiscan be discussed in more detail at interview)

As aTechnical Coordinator, you'll provide essential technicalengineering support to our production team, ensuring our equipmentruns smoothly. This role follows a 24/7 shift pattern, soflexibility is key.
What you will be doing:
- Safety &Compliance: Conduct safety checks, ensure all workcomplies with safety regulations, and contribute to improvingmaintenance schedules
- Maintain EquipmentReliability: Perform inspections and maintenance toensure the mechanical and electrical integrity of our equipment,identifying and resolving issues quickly
- Monitor &Report: Track equipment performance, managedowntime, and report any breakdowns or trends using the company'sreporting systems
- ContinuousImprovement: Recommend and implement improvements toprocesses and work standards, fostering a culture of innovation andefficiency
- Collaborate &Communicate: Share key information with colleaguesand other shifts, ensuring smooth handovers and cleardocumentation

We'd loveto hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge,skills and experience:
- Formal qualification to at least City &Guilds, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an electrical discipline withcorresponding practical experience
- Any experience of pneumatics or PLC'swill be advantageous, as will be the ability to clearly understandengineering drawings, symbols andnotation
- Knowledge of COSHH to legislativestandards (essential)
- Continuous improvementexperience/Lean tools/techniques
