Engineering Manager

· Unique opportunity to join international company at start of their UK presence after the award of large national contract · Lead the UK Engineering Operations & Management · Global players in Energy and Power distribution services My client specialises in providing comprehensive services in Energy and Power, through the construction of electrical infrastructure. With a strong focus on engineering and technical services, they deliver solutions that position themselves as a global key player in the Energy, Power & Utility industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage all engineering activities for HV Transmission & Distribution lines, including project management, construction, and maintenance. Lead the Engineering function, overseeing teams, subcontractors, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the Project Engineering & Design team leader. Manage engineering contracts and compliance. Oversee temporary works, liaising with subcontractors during project and construction phases. Key Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Energy. 2 years' experience in HV Transmission & Distribution management. Strong leadership and contract management skills. Experience working with clients and subcontractors. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. What We Offer: £50-65,000 salary, based on experience. Company vehicle/car allowance.
