Mechanical Supervisor/Manager

Streamline Recruitment are currently working with a well respected & family owned fit - out contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their site team based with their offices being based in Bank. The mechanical package will be circa £300,000 on a commercial CAT A/B office fit - out. Where the candidate will be overseeing a sub - contractor on site reporting into a Mechanical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a good experience in mechanical site management, particularly within office fit-outs. A proven track record of managing similar projects, coupled with a good understanding of mechanical systems and installations. Key Skills and Experience Required * Extensive experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in office fit-out projects. * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installations. * Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion. * Excellent organisational and leadership skills. * Reporting into a Mechanical Project Manager * Overseeing a mechanical package of £300,000 * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. * SSSTS/SMSTS tickets
