Quality Engineer We are seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our company's Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with in-depth understanding of PCB and electrical systems. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Quality Engineer Responsibilities:Implement and oversee quality control processes and proceduresConduct thorough quality inspections and auditsIdentify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis (8D, A3)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvementsEnsure compliance with industry standards (AS9100, ISO9001)The ideal Quality Engineer will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
