Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Nottingham
Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions to both private and public sector clients. Based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, they are expanding their dynamic and growing building services team with the addition of experienced Senior Engineers.
This role offers autonomy in designing mechanical building services across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, education, government, healthcare, industrial, residential, and hospitality. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team, working on prestigious, cutting-edge projects both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as lead on mechanical design and delivery for building services projects across a variety of sectors.
- Carry out drawings, designs, calculations, modelling and design reviews.
- Technical internal leader for the mechanical design team.
- Liaising with clients, external agents and the wider building services team.
The Person
- At least 5 years experience in electrical building services design.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and ideally MagiCAD.
- Work experience of leading design teams.
