Role: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Salary: £28,548 to £44,563 per annum DOE. Type: Permanent Trevett Servicesare currently searching for aMobile Multi Skilled Engineer who is HVAC Bias for apermanent position starting as soon as possible based around the Nottingham area, with one of the UK's leading FM Providers. Duties: Complete PPM and Reactive Maintenance. Maintain and Repair all operational equipment around a retail environment. Assist with compliance and documentation keeping. Assist contractors and sub-contractors to be compliant with onsite regulations. Complete remedial works. Requirements: Driving License with no more than 3points. Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds qualification. Experience within a maintenance or FM environment. Knowledge of Health and Safety. It is essential to be able to carry equipment and tools by hand up to a weight of 20kg. Ability to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights. Join the call out rota.
