Emergency Lighting & Service Engineer  West London £35,000 Overtime available + Van, tools & fuel card We have an exciting new vacancy with clear route of progression offered to the right candidate. Job role includes electrical maintenance and service on domestic properties across West London and surrounding areas. Jobs will be loaded and completed via handheld device. You will be completing all jobs assigned to you to a high standard using previously learnt technical knowledge Duties To complete monthly service works First time rectification of failed services under self-certified limit. To liaise with office staff and supervisors to assist in the resolving of queries Document all relevant information and/or use the Oneserve Application accurately and in a timely manner. Replace failed equipment, Lamps, battery, ballasts, gear trays, fittings etc. (first time rectification if under self- certified limit) Work in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the current regulations. Have a good understanding of Emergency Lighting and be able to identify/report faults. Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual emergency lighting tests.Required Level 3 C&G Electrotechnical Qualification 18th Edition BS 5266 (Desirable) Experience in emergency lighting servicing/installs Driving Licence  If this is of interest to you then please get in touch, we look forward to hearing from you.
