The Role:
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's engineering culture and product roadmap. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of skilled engineers, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to help them excel in their roles.
- Drive Delivery: Ensure timely, high-quality software delivery by establishing clear goals, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Innovate: Influence and guide the technical direction of the company, proposing and implementing new technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Grow & Develop: Foster a culture of learning and improvement, supporting the professional growth of your team through coaching and training opportunities.

- Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
