CNC Miller

An experienced miller to work in a highly skilled clean CNC machining workshop on complex and high value components for aircraft and military equipment. Setting, operating, and programming vertical and horizontal milling machines with FANUC control and Mazak variaxis 5-axis.

Working hours: Mon-Thu 07.00-17.30 and Fri 07.00-12.00 (39 hours basic + 6 hours overtime)

Salary Over £50000 depend on experience.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Milling.
• Ability to work well within a team, and as an individual.
• Full understanding of complex mechanical engineering drawings.
• Good focus on details.
• A methodical approach to every tasks.
• Well organised.

DESIRABLE

• Milling experience with 4th axis and 5-axis.
• Experience of NX or FEATURECAM
• Experience of Fanuc and Mazak controls.
• Fixture manufacturing and tool making experience.
