Diagnose and rectify machine problems and breakdowns Training customer in operation, maintenance, and safety aspects Regular routine service of machines and associated equipment Promote tooling sales and sales of maintenance contracts Promote sales of machine tools and associated equipment KEY REQUIREMENTS: A suitable engineering qualification- HNC/ Degree ideally with electrical element being large part of learning Previous field experience in laser machinery would be an advantage Understanding of electrical/electronic/hydraulic and mechanical drawings and systems Strong electrical experience including fault finding skills, schematic understanding
