M&E Project Engineer

Our client is an award-winning estate management organisation providing Construction and TFM support across a diverse portfolio or MOD assets in Wiltshire and Hampshire.   Located in Tidworth, Wiltshire, you’ll be responsible for creating scopes of work packages for a range of commercial build projects. Overseeing contractors and witness the testing and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other systems for Lifecycle/Change Projects. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems. Understanding and application of Building Regulations. CDM 2015 understanding. Provides Surveying capabilities to support change, the Lifecycle plan. Experience in undertake the pricing of Scope of Works to support Change, Lifecycle planning and the Asset Management Plan. Review of contractors’ quotes, tender returns and work estimates to substantiate or challenge value for money. Energy Management - Environmental impact and carbon footprint
