Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of innovative concepts for luxury hospitality projects.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and provide feedback on implementation drawings.
• Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with external teams and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and design specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and manage client sign-off processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects
• Degree in Interior Design or a similar relevant field (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Experience in Revit is a plus but not essential
• Confident in their knowledge of FF&E Design
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects independently
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Willingness to travel for both domestic and international projects
• Expertise in design detailing and the ability to review and approve shop drawings
