Installation Engineer - Air Conditioning & Ventilation (HVAC) Location: Derby Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Pension, Holidays, and Company Van Industry: Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Plumbing & Heating About Us: We are a fast-growing and dynamic contractor in the HVAC industry, and we’re expanding our air conditioning division. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated air-conditioning engineer to join our team. The Role: As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of air conditioning systems and the diagnosis, servicing, and repair of customer systems. This includes breakdown coverage, planned and responsive maintenance. The role will primarily be based in Pride Park, Derby, and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: * Installation of air conditioning systems. * Servicing, diagnosis, and repair of customer systems. * Cover breakdowns and provide planned and responsive maintenance. * Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. * Provide excellent customer care and support. Skills & Experience Required: * F-Gas qualifications. * 5+ years of experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance. * Ability to read and understand installation and circuit diagrams. * Strong customer service focus. * Ability to work independently or within a team. * Relevant certifications and licenses. Desirable Qualifications: * IPAF & PASMA certifications. * NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent).
