We are seeking a senior AI Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our AI capabilities. Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core AI systems from the ground up
- Shape our AI strategy and technology stack
- Develop innovative AI features leveraging various methodologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, traditional ML)
- Design and implement data strategies for AI development and training
- Explore and apply diverse AI techniques to solve complex problems
- Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating their potential for our use cases
- Lay the groundwork for future AI capabilities and team expansion
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of deep expertise in AI/ML software development
- 3+ years building and deploying machine learning models
- 2+ years working with LLMs
- Strong command of Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with various AI approaches (e.g., supervised learning, NLP, computer vision)
- Knowledge of data collection, preparation, and management for AI
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience in designing AI systems for real-world applications
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools
- Track record of building AI products from 0 to 1 in startup environments
