Laptop Rollout 1. Awareness and assistance of Intune/Autopilot enrollment, Ready Image, and Connected Provisioning processes for new client devices in scope for deployment. 2. Handover of the new client devices to the Customer’s end users. 3. Demonstrating the benefits of the new client devices to the Customer’s end users. 4. Assisting the Customer’s end users with tasks such as: signing-in to the device, pairing peripherals, Wi-Fi, Windows Hello, and browser migration from Chrome to Edge. 5. Provision of basic issue resolution for newly deployed devices during the period DT Services’ Engineer is onsite. 6. Collecting old devices from the Customer’s end users and handing those back to the Customer’s onsite I.T. Team
