We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Learning Coach to guide and inspire apprentices through their learning journey. This role involves coaching, tutoring, and assessing learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required in their apprenticeships.
You will deliver engaging sessions in both classroom and workshop environments, offering valuable feedback and preparing apprentices for their end-point assessments. The role also includes collaboration with employers to ensure smooth progress and workplace integration for learners. Additionally, you'll support learners in achieving their qualifications in Maths and English where required.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and workshop-based learning Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring timely progress Embed Maths and English skills into teaching sessions Collaborate with employers to ensure practical skills are reinforced Motivate learners and address any barriers to success Contribute to high-quality learning materials and continuous improvement Maintain learner records and produce timely reports based on KPIsQualifications & Skills Required:
Relevant industry experience and qualifications (minimum Level 3) Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths, English, and ICT (or willingness to obtain) Teaching qualifications (Cert Ed/CTTLS/DTTLS) Excellent communication and coaching skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detailBenefits:
