Brand Designer

Your new company You will be joining a top accountancy firm that provides a full range of services to clients across the private & non-for-profit sectors. Your new role As the Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing & executing the firm’s design & brand strategy. They’ve got a new firm-wide growth strategy in place & are looking for an expert to help build out a brand & design presence behind it & innovate how they look. Design responsibilities will be across a broad range of print & digital assets, & you’ll look at how they can improve their design work to be visually appealing to their audience. On the brand side, you’ll implement & uphold guidelines & work closely with the Head of Growth on what will be effective. This is a contract role for 12–18 months based in the City of London with a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement. What you’ll need to succeed You’ll be an excellent designer, ideally with experience working on brand refresh projects, and be able to demonstrate where you’ve created visually appealing & effective designs aligned to the brand. You’ll have strong technical skills & be willing to create assets yourself. You’ll also ideally have previous experience in a similar role within professional services & be able to demonstrate effective experience working with Partners in a partnership/LLP environment as an effective & credible communicator. What you’ll get in return You’ll get a competitive annual salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience.
