Ideally most of the following; -Microsoft 365 -M365 Admin Center -Intune -Conditional Access -Entra ID/ AD -Exchange, Teams, Onedrive, SharePoint -Office 365 -Antivirus, Back Up, Patching -Basic routing/Switch/Firewalls (advantage) Experience... -Ability to support remote EUC/Desktop service requirements -Technical ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues/requests with and without a guide or procedure -Technical ability to assist M365 customer support issues including Intune/Cond Access -Great customer first service skills
