Development Opportunity – to grow to lead a department** Source Solutions are working with a well-known and continually growing marine services business, to recruit a qualified and confident electrical engineer who will lead various electrical installation, refit and fitting works across sites and systems across Portsmouth Dockyard and other local company sites. You will work on various LV systems and so will be confident with 3-phase as well as panel works within an industrial setting. This is a varied role where you will work on a range of systems and so offers the opportunity to learn and develop. Starting as a standalone Electrical Engineer, you will grow with the role in order to establish the electrical side of the business as its own function, however you will be working as part of a wider team who have fantastic collaborative culture based around team work so will have plenty of interaction. Candidate profile: * 18th Edition is essential * Ideally C&G Test and Inspection * Experience working in commercial or industrial dealing with 3-phase * Experience in panel wiring for LV systems * Strong sense of teamwork but the ability to work as an individual also On offer in return is an opportunity that doesn’t come up too often, in building a team and growing in a very secure position for a successful business who are in an exciting period of further growth.
