Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

About the Role We are hiring for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our days shift in Warnham. Youll be part a team who ensure all our electrical/mechanical plant equipment and machinery are working efficiently and minimise downtime. We use specialised tools and machinery (including a kiln) which turns raw materials (such as clay) into products which are ready for use in the construction industry. Duties include: Carry out essential maintenance and preventative maintenance Help develop our agility maintenance system Attend breakdowns Ensure machine safety standards are kept to the highest level Ensure critical spares are maintained to ensure minimal downtime Improving factory OEE through development and innovation of the production facility Health and Safety advocacy and risk assessing We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work. Hours: 6am to 6pm. 4 on/4off shift pattern About you You will be an experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer, with experience working in a production environment. Youll have high standards for health & safety and a passion for continuous improvement.
