Data Centre Technician/Cabling Engineer

Clear Engineering are currently seeking 2 experienced Data Centre Technicians/cabling Engineers to start a long term contract in Hertfordshire. This will be working on a large Data Centre project. To be Successful : * Ideally, the ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience within the role * Previous experience as a DC tech/Cabling Engineer on a Data centre project * be able to Install servers, network and storage hardware with associated cabling/patching * Perform cabling/patching duties of both copper and fibre for a variety of different client requirements * Decommission hardware and prepare for shipping whilst coordinating with third party couriers * Perform various remote hands duties such as power cycling equipment, replacing failed hardware components and testing cabling If you would like to be considered for the role, please follow the link below to apply
