Ideal candidates will have the following: Minimum of three years in a Technical Support or Engineer-based Role Windows Server Platform System Administration Microsoft Intune Management & Administration Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Experience of Virtualisation Technologies (including Hyper-V) Experience of Networking Concepts, Topologies and Maintenance, with focus on Cisco technologies Experience of Service Monitoring and Alerting Experience of routine Infrastructure Upgrades and Application Patching Demonstrable Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills Experience of Service Desk Systems Experience of Third-Party issue management and resolution coordination Desirable: Microsoft Azure Active Directory Administration Ivanti Security Essentials (Patch Management) BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation to grow, develop and progress.
