Golang Developer – Fintech – Remote - £100-140k base + Equity A fintech company focused on transforming payments for businesses and consumers in one of the world’s fastest-growing economies. The platform enables near-instant, low-cost international transfers, aiming to overcome the long-standing challenges of traditional financial systems. The backend is written in Go, and that’s what you’ll be using as the primary language. Given Go’s relatively recent emergence, we don’t expect you to have years of professional experience with the language—that’s fine! What matters more is a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, strong OOP experience, and at least some demonstrable experience in managing development projects end-to-end using Golang. 6+ years of professional software development experience ~ Proficiency in Golang and experience building scalable, distributed systems ~ Experience in full ownership of projects, driving them to completion This position is remote, with a preference for UTC -2 / +3 time zones.
