Job Opportunity: CNC Millers / Programmers (Abingdon) Location: Abingdon, OX14 Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00 - 15:30 | Friday: 7:00 - 14:30 Are you an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer looking for a new challenge? Join our team in Abingdon, where you'll have the opportunity to work on complex and large-scale parts with state-of-the-art equipment. Your Role: Operate and Program CNC Mills: Program, set up, and operate all types of CNC mills to achieve the highest standard of quality and safety. Precision and Expertise: Work with a tolerance of around 20mm, producing high-quality parts with a "right-first-time" approach. Heidenhain & Fanuc Controls: Proficiency in Heidenhain controls is essential, while experience with Fanuc controls is advantageous. Large Part Handling: Experience in milling large parts (up to 2.5m) is essential. Key Requirements: Programming & Operation: Skilled in programming and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines. Equipment Proficiency: Experience with brands such as Doosan, Matsuura, and Mazak. Quality Control: Competent in using MTE and completing quality reports to ensure consistent high standards. Attention to Detail: Able to qualify, document, and verify work using various measuring equipment. Why Join Us?
