Fire and Security Engineer - Portsmouth

Are you an experienced Fire and Security Engineer looking to grow your career with a well-established and expanding company? We are working with a growing Fire and Security company based in Portsmouth, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect, test, maintain, and install fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
  • Design and install fire suppression systems to industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop customized fire safety plans.
  • Collaborate with architects and construction teams to integrate fire protection measures into building designs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and system designs.
  • Full UK driving license.
