The Client: A leading European manufacturer of Rolls Royce standard packaging machinery with an enviable reputation across confectionary, cereals, cheese and frozen good etc is seeking an experienced Installation & Commissioning Engineer to support customers across the UK & ROI. Role Overview: As an electrically biased Service Engineer your key responsibilities will be machine installation, set up, start up, commissioning and training. Full FAT configurations, modifying existing PLCs, HMI screens to accommodate new machines, upgrading of obsolescent and modernization of existing equipment. Travelling across the UK, with an emphasis on the Midlands & North of UK. Ideal Candidate: We're looking for an ambitious packaging machinery Service Engineer, someone who enjoys travelling keen to build a fulfilling career with an equally committed team.  Supporting your strong work ethic will be an experience of both mechanical and electrical engineering, service with at least 5 years experience of expert Allen Bradley or Siemens S7 PLCs installation exposure. Key skills to making this role your own: Allen Bradley, Siemens S7, Beckoff, vision, motion. If you are eager to advance your career, supported by highly experienced this is a great opportunity to develop your skills with one eye of progression. Suitable Backgrounds: Multi axis robots, packaging machinery, primary or secondary packaging equipment, flowwrappers, multiheads, carton / case erecting and full line solutions. Additional Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Goal-oriented with attention to detail Excellent communication, attitude and image.
