Project Engineer - Engineering

Project Engineer About the Role As a Project Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of engineering projects. You'll liaise with various teams, from engineering and production to procurement and customer service, to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and drive projects to completion. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment will be essential to success. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions. Facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation. Manage project schedules in conjunction with the Project Manager. Team Collaboration: Interact daily with project team members, both internally and externally. Build and maintain positive relationships within the team. Collaborate with third-party contractors and suppliers. Process Coordination: Load projects into the ERP system. Resolve exception reports generated by the ERP system. Manage material deliveries to manufacturing. Coordinate order processing with customer service. Technical Support: Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions. Assist with resolving engineering issues. Collaborate with Technical Product Managers on technical documentation. Your Profile: Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Understanding of design and visualization software. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to cultivate positive relationships. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. Leadership: Ability to build morale and drive projects forward. Understanding of customer expectations and deliverables.
