CNC Grinder

A leading manufacturer specialising in precision engineering, is seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join their team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Well-practised in working to very fine tolerances, ideally to single-digit microns Confident in programming CNC Grinders Comfortable working from technical drawings Conducting regular maintenance of the machines Inspecting own work to ensure quality standards are met Assisting in other departments when needed, such as fitting, deburring, and assembly Optional: Having a background in Manual Grinding Experience within aerospace, defence, nuclear, air bearing or similar industries Job Requirements: Experience in grinding and CNC operations Ability to operate and programme CNC Grinders Understanding of technical drawings Proficiency in conducting machine maintenance Excellent attention to detail and quality inspection skills Flexibility to assist in various departments as needed Desirable: Experience in aerospace, defence, nuclear, or air bearing sectors Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 15:30 If you are an experienced CNC Grinder looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and specialist environment, we would love to hear from you.
