Role and Responsibilities Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly and efficiently to maintain production flow. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a factory or a fast-paced production environment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery. Must have good Pneumatics and Hydraulics skills Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues. Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Preferred: Experience working with a mix of old and new equipment. Familiarity with working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
