The Role: £53,800 Bonus (£1000) Share Scheme Pension (18% total) Shift: 3on / 3off (7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am) rotating Reporting into an Engineering Team Lead you will work within a large Engineering team. You will be tasked with carrying out unplanned and planned maintenance. The role will be more Proactive maintenance than reactive. There will be an element of coaching less experienced members of the team. The Person: You will have previously worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Multi-skilled – either bias. Ideally should have 6 years industry experience. Be a natural problem solver who has a mind for getting to the root cause of issues. Must be either apprenticeship qualified or hold an engineering based NVQ level 3 or better. Any supervisory experience is desirable. If this is of interest, please send me a copy of your CV.
