Main Duties Design Leadership: Drive the electrical design process from concept to implementation, ensuring optimal integration with other disciplines. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients, ensuring designs meet project goals, standards, and client requirements. Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, technical reports, and specifications in line with project and regulatory requirements. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and safety regulations. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in electrical design within building services engineering, ideally at a senior or lead level. Expertise in electrical systems, components, and design software. Strong understanding of industry standards and relevant regulations. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; IET or MIET membership preferred. Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
