Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Location : Maidenhead, Berkshire
Salary: £45,000 + (+ Van + Fuel Card + Overtime)
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

The Role
In order to meet growing demand, they are looking for a skilled Heating Engineer who wants to be, and feel, integral to the success of the business. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified general domestic plumber and heating engineer able to carry out repairs on rental and privately owned properties.

Key Responsibilities
Installations of boilers
Tap repairs and replacements
Landlord's gas safety
Investigating and repairing leaks
Toilet and basin installations and repairs
Cylinder and tank upgrades
Boiler Services
Boiler repairs / breakdowns
Fault finding on smart/central heating controls.
Under floor heating repairs
General plumbing
Carrying out general ad hoc heating work
Skills & Experience
Must be Gas Safe registered.
Oftec certification would be desirable, but not essential
You must be presentable and be able to communicate with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
You will be undertaking reactive & planned maintenance, moving from job to job throughout the day / week, working primarily in residential properties so you must be organised and reliable
You'll need your own basic tools, flue analyser and a full UK driving licence.
