They specialise in structural engineering design across various sectors, including marine, commercial, residential, and education projects. Chartered Engineer status or nearing chartership A degree (BEng/MEng) in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record Proven experience in marine structural engineering design and familiarity with FEA software Demonstrable experience designing with various materials, including steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry to Eurocode standards Strong CAD skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Revit Previous experience managing design projects, whilst keeping within set timescale, and meeting quality expectations. Experience or willingness to lead a team and mentor junior engineers Able to prepare monthly reports and fee forecasts Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communication skills Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
