Are you looking to make a real impact in the fabric maintenance industry? A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a to join their growing team in Bristol where you will work on a high-profile commercial site.

As the Fabric Engineer, you ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within the Client portfolio.
• Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification.
• Carry out general duties which require multi skilled discipline, including but not limited to re-lamping luminaires, fault finding to electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, AHUs along with cleaning of foul water systems, drains, inspections, and repair of all M&E systems such as extract and supply air ductwork systems, plumbing and heating systems.

To be successful in the role of Multiskilled Engineer you ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Experience in the commercial environment, in a mechanical or electrical role
• Any NVQ or City & Guilds qualification / diploma Minimum Level 3
