The Engineering Resource Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day resourcing operations, supporting the Engineering Department in recruiting and allocating resources to meet programme commitments. Key Responsibilities Manage engineering demand data across the UK business. Accumulate engineering supply forecasts to meet projected forward loads. Work with Programmes and Engineering to facilitate resource prioritisation and allocation. Identify process improvement areas to reduce inefficiencies in resource management. Develop management information using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, JIRA and QlikSense. Align future engineering resourcing with business development and financial management teams. Improve engineering productivity by accurate resourcing information and recommending visibility improvements. Oversee onboarding and personal induction plans for engineers. Track training and development needs for engineers. Qualifications / Skills Required A dynamic, professional engineer, you will have: A higher diploma or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in managing resources within a complex organisation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to project scheduling and project management. Experience with advanced business reporting tools (Power BI, MS Excel). Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience working under tight time constraints. Desirable: Experience in an Agile project management environment. Desirable: JIRA and/or QlikSense experience, including data manipulation and dashboard production. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with internal customers. Strong organisational and self-management skills. Great people and stakeholder management skills, alongside excellent report writing and attention to detail. Ability to cooperate well with others and work independently on own initiative. A curious nature and critical thinking ability. Full driving licence. This role may require occasional travel across company sites.Working: Possible Flexible and some remote working potentials.
