Mid Level Application Support Engineer

Mid-Level Application Support Engineer – Permanent – £30,000 - £40,000 – Hybrid (East Midlands, UK) We’re seeking a Mid-Level Application Support Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis. This role involves supporting internal users across a range of software applications, ERP systems, and data tools. You will work closely with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, while ensuring a high level of customer service. Mid-Level Application Support Engineer Requirements : 2-4 years of experience in an application or software support role. Familiarity with ERP systems or similar enterprise applications (MS Dynamics experience is advantageous but not required). Competence with data tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, or Tableau. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to escalate and collaborate with development teams on complex issues. Strong communication and customer service skills. Mid-Level Application Support Engineer Desirable Skills : Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics is a plus). Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently. Experience creating documentation and user guides for troubleshooting.
